Ken Phillips, who has created and directed national publicity campaigns for such artists as Dave Navarro, Joan Jett, Godsmack, Crossfade, Switchfoot, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cheap Trick, Goo Goo Dolls, Sixpence None The Richer, Lit, Joni Mitchell, Van Halen and Chevelle, launched Ken Phillips Publicity Group, Inc. in May, 1997. Phillips, a former Warner Bros. Records Publicity Manager, is the owner and operator of the firm.

The Ken Phillips Publicity Group, Inc. is a full service independent publicity firm focusing on national and regional tv and press campaigns, tour press, etc. The office is located in Los Angeles, California at 6767 Forest Lawn Dr., Suite 115.

Phillips began his career in the music industry as the manager of Grammy-award-winning songwriter Diane Warren's publishing company, Realsongs. He joined Warner Bros. Records in 1992 and was later promoted to West Coast Publicity Manager.
