GODSMACK "SPEAK" TO YOU

Having debuted at number one a month ago with their new album - propelled by the radio hit "Speak," the guys in Godsmack decided to go all out for a very God-Smack-y video for the song. Frontman Sully Erna explains. (Actuality #3) "For us it's about tattoos and dragsters and choppers and hot chicks. The whole video just became about wheelies and smoke shows and that kind of thing. Flames shooting out of pipes and hot chicks hanging around and cheering it on. And the cool thing about it was nothing was coordinated, it
was all just like, go for it and just let the film roll and whatever we get we is what get cause we wanted it to be exactly that, a hang vibe." Godsmack is among the bands paying tribute to their predecessors - in this case, Judas Priest - at this year's VH1 Rock Honors. The show airs tonight at 9 PM, East and West.
