Hall playing Cleveland, Columbus this week
MNJ.com • May 3, 2010 CLEVELAND — For Trevor Hall, it’s music first — and music second. “I’m a horrible actor,” the 23-year-old singer/song-
writer from South Carolina joked. “I’ve tried to go on
Hall recorded his first album at age 15, but didn’t get his
first notable break until just three years ago “At the time, I was with Geffen Records and they were doing
the soundtrack for the movie,” Hall said. Although Hall is no longer with Geffen, his passion for music never slowed. In 2008, he and good friend/percussionist Chris Steele released their new album, “This is Blue.” His latest self-titled album was released July 18 after being signed by label Vanguard Records. The first single from the album “Unity” debuted at #199
