"Save Me"

2005 Kirtland Records
Score: 8.5 (of 10)

This Cd was the surprise of the century to me. I had no idea what to expect when Puckett handed me this Cd. I didn’t know what kind of music it was, all I had to go on was the name, Pat McGee Band, it sounds Irish to me so I begin to listen to this Cd thinking it might be Irish Punk Music because that’s big right now. Was I ever wrong.

Here was my thought process as I listened to this Cd:

Before:

What is this?

Pat McGee Band must be Irish Punk

During:

This isn’t Irish Punk.

This kinda reminds me of Maroon 5, they’re really good.

Alright I’ve gotten to the 3rd track now and its starting to all sound the same.

This 7th track “Annabel” Annabel is really good, really good, really good, really good.

I really like this Pat McGee Band.

The rest of these tracks are pretty good.

I really like this Pat McGee Band.

Wow is this is an acoustic track, that’s awesome.

This is that song Annabel again. I Love it.

Annabel is so much better acoustically.

I gotta meet this Annabel girl. Wow.

Wow the last 5 tracks are all acoustic versions of the first songs.

That’s awesome.

After thoughts:

This Cd was really good and well worth it. “Save Me” from the Pat McGee Band will hit stores June 28. They are really good and well worth buying their Cd.
