"As much as I hate to admit it,the best distraction from the search for love is good sex.""

In addition, Peppermint's brand new music video for "Every Morning" HERE is out now. New Now Next premiered the video HERE which features a cameo and guest vocals by actor/model Laith Ashley. ""This song is a fantasy against the back drop that 2020 was the deadliest year on record for trans women and most murders are committed by our boyfriends and lovers who are ashamed of us. Many trans people have to overcome a lot of personal and social obstacles just to survive. Discrimination, violence can stand in the way of leading a healthy and productive life. "Every Morning" is the opposite of that. This video depicts a couple in the throws of love and romance and a partnership where the leading man adores his partner rather than being ashamed of her...which again is the norm for many. The video features renowned recording artist and actor Laith Ashley" says Peppermint. A Girl Like Me: Letters To My Lovers also features a gorgeous cover of the Carole King classic, "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow." View the video HERE "Obviously, I'm a Carole King fan. I love the lyrics, which I think are incredibly relatable in queer relationships and encounters as well as casual moments that may or may not turn into something more. The possibility of a relationship is usually inhibited by social stigma and fear of being seen in public with a trans woman." says Peppermint.
